Unique in its class, the CFG 188 221 combines functionality and ergonomy in a versatile pistol unit suitable for use with a wide range of 125 kHz tag applications. Small and light weight, the CFG 188 221 is designed with harsh environments in mind. It is made to withstand mechanical shocks and vibrations and operates over a wide range of temperatures. Its hard plastic shell is resistant to attack from various chemical products and is watertight to IP65 standards. Cable connection is also through a water-tight connector.

The CFG 188 221 may be used with a variety of read/write tags or read-only tags operating at 125 kHz. It is equipped with a fully integrated antenna and comes with two light emitting diodes to indicate the power-on status of the pistol and the current communication status. The unit may be connected via a RS232 interface to a PC or other CPU.

Ideal for warehouse or factory RF/ID applications. PC software also available.
