CFG’s 255 000 monochrome display platform is a complete, graphics LCD module designed for embedded applications. With its multicolor backlight unit and internal micropocessor, the CFG 255 000 has a wide range of functions and options that facilitate applications development. Using simple commands, the developer can easily program application screens and display his data in a very short time. Its modular form allows it to be mounted into control panels and other instrumention, while its rugged design make it suitable for industrial, automobile and other harsh environment applications.

Features include :

- Multiple color backlight selectable by user
- Integrated micro-controller with temperature and light sensors to manage display contrast and brightness in an automatic and transparent manner thus ensuring optimum viewing at all times.
- RS-232 or RS-485 (optional) bus for communication with the central processor unit.
- Optional ambient light sensor for automatic backlight control

- Optional infra-red receptor for use with remote control unit (available as a separate unit).
